COACHING WITH SAMPO

The Process

After being in the Fitness Industry now for 6+ years, I have the experience and the results to show proof with my portfolio across my social media platforms alongside my website to prove that I can get you into great shape physically and mentally.

In the initial consultation, I will get you to fill out a questionnaire beforehand which is a lifestyle questionnaire that gives me all the information I need to onboard you into a client.


When we get to the consultation I will then show you how I would map out the next 8-16+ weeks of coaching with me, mapping out a journey of your goals so you have full trust in where we are going, what we are going to be doing in that time frame and having a great structure to do so, including training plans, diet plans, cookbooks, daily communication and checklists etc.

Exercise is rewarding and you will feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

Boost Your Mood

Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious.

Increase Energy Levels

Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
