THIS IS HOW
I MADE IT

Using your body as a vehicle towards happiness and confidence is my mission statement.

George Sampo Transformation Coach

My Story

My name is Sampo. Ever since a young age, I always struggled with my weight and confidence; these two challenges usually went hand in hand for me. When I was 16 or 17 years old, I decided to try and lose most of my weight through a government-run program for obese children. I instantly fell in love with exercise and found myself always wanting to help others.

I used to weigh 17 stone when I was 16 years old. All that had to change when I realized I was sick and tired of being overweight and living a sedentary lifestyle. Not only was I dissatisfied with my appearance, but I also didn't know where I was going in life. Growing up, I decided that after college, I wanted to become a personal trainer. Once I got my qualification, all I wanted to do was learn.

I have been a coach in the fitness industry for 10 years and have helped over 850 individuals transform their bodies and minds. I assist people in using their bodies as vehicles toward happiness and confidence. Learning about human behavior and understanding why we think and act the way we do towards things like exercise and nutrition has been crucial. Figuring out the best ways to help my clients achieve the best results has driven me to complete numerous courses. I became a member of the ACA (Advanced Coaching Academy), had numerous mentors, and travelled around the world attending courses to ensure I always have what it takes to get results with clients.

Now, taking a holistic approach to my client's well-being helps them achieve transformations that go far beyond a “before” and “after” picture; it’s a lifestyle change. What's essential for you to know is that I live the same life as you. Unfortunately, I watch Spurs most weekends and have a few beers. I love to look good and feel good. I provide for my loved ones and believe that men who join me do so because they see a lot of relatability within themselves.

You will not be eating just chicken, rice, and broccoli, but you will be feeling good. You won’t be giving up weekends, but you will be able to wear what you want when you feel good. You will still be going on holidays, but this time without feeling self-conscious about taking your shirt off. You won’t be training every day, but you will have the knowledge and guidance to train hard and build muscle.

“WE ARE WHAT WE REPEATEDLY DO. EXCELLENCE THEN IS NOT AN ACT BUT A HABIT.”
